Can't connect to magicq PC via Android remote

Hi, I cannot connect to magicq PC via the Android remote application.

I have set the following things in the setup:
Enable remote control: yes
Enable remote access: yes

The IP address is set to the address of the PC
(192.168.2.31)
The subnet mask is set to: 255.255.255.0
The gateway is set to: 0.0.0.0
Ethernet remote protocol is set to: TX + Rx

The OS is Windows 10

I have disabled the firewall. (Windows defender)

I have a pc-wing and an extra wing connected.

I have connection to the internet from the PC (not the device I am writing from)

Still... No visible devices and when I try to ping for example my phone's up, magicq responds that there is no response

What is the IP adress of the android remote device?

It's on the same network and the address is 192.168.2.126

On the side of MagicQ everything is ok.
Did you only disable defender or also firewall? Firewall should also be disabled!

Hi I've disabled the firewall, but still no connectivity. From the command prompt I can ping my phone with the command: ping 192.168.2.21

I get replies from my phone. With 38-45ms time

I must be missing something, but don't know what. Is there a helpdesk I can call? Normally I don't have this problem.

You can check your firewall setting as its a network connection problem
