RGBW head : White does not show in visualiser

Postby PolDavril » Tue Feb 18, 2020 11:39 pm

Hello,

I've just used this fixture in a venue : LUXIBEL LXLP10107 (Led RGBW, 6 channels).
In the visualiser, the WHITE colour does not display, only R, G and B.
Is this normal ?
Is there a way to get it anyway ?

Will be solved tomorrow in the library update.
Edit the head - View General - Options - Colour Mix: RGBW

Thanks.

However, I think of a bug because I edited the head and I've got the same issue.
Sample show attached.

- It works with version 1.7.8.1
- It DOES NOT work with stable versions 1.8.5.3 and 1.8.5.4
- It works again in beta 1.8.6.5 (but there is a colour balance issue (that should be fixed in next 1.8.6.6, see bugtracker https://secure.chamsys.co.uk/bugtracker ... p?id=24135)

If it works in 1.8.6.5, then it means that the bug is solved, because that is the latest version where they are building on.
