Touchscreen troubles!

Postby ricky402 » Fri Jun 11, 2021 4:39 pm

Hi, I have some troubles with Playback page.

I cannot test a playback by touchscreen but it works by a mouse click, there's only a selection but not a test.
In older releases it was working properly and some other people have the same problem.

I'm using an Acer double-touch PC with Windows7 64bit.

Thank you, Riccardo.

It is a combination of touch screen and Windows7.
Check that you van emulate the mouse with the touch screen. Is normaly a setting in your touch screen drivers.

I've tried to solve this problem without success. My touchscreen was always emulate mouse click.

I try to explain better the problem:

*on PLAYBACK page, the touching a playback button act as "SEL" and not a "TEST"
*on GROUP page, if I make a multiple select (holding SHIFT and touch two or more heads) it select only the first; the other head pressed are yellow-borded (like using keyboard arrows).

Any other pages work properly with touch.

My MagicQ PC version is 1.8.9.0 (latest stable at the moment)

On Windows10 I don't have the same problem, but... I don't want to change my OS.
I tried to solve it with the mouse/touch driver but it doesn't work. My driver is "Touch Cypress 1.3.13.0" and it's the only driver I can find.

Thank you
Riccardo.

Sorry, but we can't do anything. Microsoft stopped support for Windows7.
