Martin Rush Wizard fixture request

Postby Jkk1989 » Mon Nov 20, 2017 8:07 pm

Currently there already exist a Fixture personality for the Martin Rush Wizard, but I really want to change it.

The problem is the Pan and tilt functions on Channel 5 and 6
The pan function goes between the values 0-120 (minimum to maximum pan) and the tilt goes from values 0-90 (minimum to maximum tilt)

After these values are there functions like shake, random positions, rotations..

So if I want to add a circle FX on my MQ60, the values could go from 0-255 and the fixture will go crazy.

Is there any chance that I can change the original fixture personality files to go between 0-120 (pan) and 0-90 (tilt) on pan / tilt? Or can someone please create a fixture personality for it? The rest of the fixture personality works like it should.

Thanks in advance.

DMX Protocol for the lamp is on page 35.

In the fixture (head) file you can't set a limit for channels.

Adapt the Fx Size and set it to Plus of Minus in the Add column.

Or ask Martin to make a workable mode. Pan and tilt should never be combined with other functions.
