MiniWing Macbook Pro still in Demo Mode

Postby matthew_giles » Wed Jul 03, 2019 11:04 am

Hi,

I've connected the Mini Wing to my Macbook (running the latest version of MacOS). The blue lights on the wing are flashing but the software is still in demo mode and hasn't recognised the wing. Any ideas on how to get it to work?

Thank you!

Try this one:
- Tools - Fix Mac drivers
- Setup - View Settings - Ports - MagicQ Wings and interfaces: VCP + FTDI Auto DMX

I have another issue

The desk looks like it is operating correctly, however, none of the lights are responding to the output? Is it to do with the settings I have changed?

Not with the settings above, maybe some other things you changed?
