Delivery Information

ChamSys is unable to guarantee specific delivery dates.  Goods can be picked up from ChamSys by prior arrangement 9.30-5.30 weekdays. 

The Standard and Express Services are tracked services provided by DHL - please contact admin@chamsys.co.uk for the tracking number related to your order. 

For next day delivery in the UK, DHL Express Service must be used and all orders should be complete before 14:00 GMT.

Next day delivery is not guaranteed for EU or Rest of World.

The DHL Global Mail service is untracked and ChamSys are unable to provide any delivery information regarding these orders.

Deliveries to countries outside of the UK may be subject to import duty.  The customer is fully responsible for paying all import duties.
